Out Reach/Customer Service Rep - We have an immediate entry-level, part-time position available from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

We are searching for a self-motivated individual that will help us develop outreach programs as well as interact with existing customers.  We are happy to offer a base hourly rate plus a generous commission structure.

Your primary responsibilities will be to create, implement, and monitor the success of all outreach programs.  At your disposal will be the use of our current marketing channels, including but not limited to Facebook and YouTube as well as our extensive one-time purchase customer data set.  Additional responsibilities will include providing customer service to existing clients and company contacts.

I am looking for someone to get us up to speed on the relevant social media outlets as well as develop the necessary marketing research to identify and market to new segments.

The customer service tasks include instructing new or existing clients on our unique rating methodology and no-conflict of interest business model, services, reports, and web site usage.

Other responsibilities will include general office tasks to support any/all of our operations.
